TGS - NOPEC Geophysical System ( often abbreviated as TGS ) is a company from Norway, with headquarters in Asker, outside Oslo. The company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in the OBX index.

The company is a provider of geophysical data, software and services. In addition to the company headquarters in Asker, the company has corporate offices in Bedford, UK, West Perth, Australia and Houston, United States.

TGS NOPEC acquired and processed in the marine environment reflection seismic, magnetic and gravimetric data in 2D and 3D. The processed data is licensed for use mainly in the petroleum exploration to customers.

TGS also owns the company A2D Technologies, with offices in Houston, Oklahoma City and New Orleans.
