Thank God You're Here
Thank God ... that you are there! was a German comedy broadcast on ProSieben. It was based on the Australian Format Thank God You're Here. The first broadcast in Germany on 30 November 2006.
In each episode four celebrities had to go through a door into an unknown scenario for them to go where they with the phrase " Thank God that you 're here," always were welcomed. There, the prominent guests met on six actors who confronted them before different stage sets with a variety of situations. The celebrities which these situations were not known before, the whole scene had passed with the help of improvisation manage. At the end of a sequence a winner was determined by an alternate juror.
Host of the show was Knacki Deuser, who became famous with his mission NightWash in Germany.
The show reached on 14 December 2006, a rate of just 6.9 percent among viewers 14 to 49 years.
