Tharman Shanmugaratnam

Tharman Shanmugaratnam (Tamil: தர்மன் சண்முகரத்தினம்; * 1957 in Singapore ) is a Singaporean politician. Since 2007 he has been finance minister since 2011 yet to Minister of Human Resources. He was also Minister of Education before 2007.

Tharman Shanmugaratnam is with Jane Yumiko Ittogi, a lawyer Sino- Japanese origin, with whom he has four children ( three sons and a daughter), married.
