The Boy Who Cried Wolf

The shepherd boy and the wolf, also known as The Shepherd and the Wolf, is a fable, which is attributed to Aesop.

The main character of the story is a shepherd boy who cries out of boredom, according to " Wolf ". As then rush to his villagers from nearby to help, they find out that a false alarm was given and they have wasted their time. When the boy really met shortly afterwards the wolf, the villagers take the cries no more seriously and the wolf eats the whole herd (and in some versions even the boys).

The moral of the fable is:

" Anyone who liar is not believed when he speaks the truth! "
