The Chehade Brothers

Farid and Rami Chehade, known as The Chehade Brothers, are two Palestinian musicians and singers.

Rami (born 1976) and Farid (b. 1975) were born in the Old City of Jerusalem as children of the arts very facing family. So the brothers also came early in contact with various arts and soon learned the art of classical Arab music styles Ghazal, Hija'a, Taqsim and Zagal. The brothers developed into true virtuosos and play together almost all Arab instruments such Buzuq, Chabbabeh, Kamanja, Kanun, Katem, nay, oud, Riq and Tabla.

Work

Until the late 1990s, Farid and Rami Chehade played numerous concerts in Arab countries, representing the music of the Middle East in several international music festivals. This country is now very popular duo was " discovered" by the famous artist and producer Michel Elefteriades and has since been produced by him.
