The Head Cat

The Head Cat is a rockabilly supergroup consisting of Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead, Slim Jim Phantom of The Stray Cats and Danny B. Harvey from Lonesome Spurs and The Rockats.

The band members met in the recordings for Elvis Presley tribute album. The band's name is a combination of Motorhead, The Stray Cats and 13 Cats. In 2006, the band released their first studio album Fool's Paradise was a re-release of an earlier album titled Lemmy, Slim Jim & Danny B.. These included cover songs by artists such as Buddy Holly, Carl Perkins, Jimmy Reed, T -Bone Walker, Lloyd Price, Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash.

On the recordings Kilmister played acoustic guitar, live performances, he often also used his Rickenbacker bass on the ground. "I 'm just not as good on the guitar " A year later, a DVD with a live performance in Phantom Cat Club recorded on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, on the Kilmister takes over the acoustic guitar. This recording included thirteen pieces recorded and live interviews with the band.

The album Walk the Walk ... Talk the Talk, which was released on June 21, 2011 by Niji Entertainment, is the first new release since the age of eleven.
