The Lviv Publishers’ Forum

The Lviv Book Forum is the largest book fair in the Ukraine. It takes place since 1994.

In September 2005, it counted 60,000 visitors. Over 700 publishers exhibited their products in the Palace of Culture, whose court and in the city of Lvov ( Lviv ). With the support of the Foreign Office, the Frankfurt Book Fair has a joint stand. 2005 new publications and translations of Ukrainian writers were shown into German. Suhrkamp and the Goethe -Institut introduced themselves with contemporary German authors.
