The Montel Williams Show (also known by the acronym Montel ) was a licensed talk show that was hosted by the eponymous host Montel Williams. Since 1991, a total of 4325 episodes were produced produced in 17 seasons. Concept

Production history

The first three seasons were produced by Mountain Movers. Then took Out of My Way Productions, the production and then Letnom Productions. The first squadrons were published by Viacom Enterprises. After Viacom was 199 5of Paramount Pictures bought, Paramount Television took over the distribution in the fall of 1995. 2006 after Viacom and CBS parted from each other, was CBS Paramount Domestic Television, the new distributor. This named in 2006 by after merging with King World Productions for CBS Television Distribution.

Setting of the show

In Variety, it was announced that CBS TV Distribution, the show stopped after many broadcasting stations of Fox not renewed their contract for the 17th season. The last show was broadcast on 16 May 2008. Since that time, a kind of best-of the show is produced under the title The Best of Montel, which is broadcast on different stations.
