Action

Miss Todd, an " old maid ", is chairman of several small charities. She and her maid find the tramp Bob enchanting and believe that he had escaped from prison, and her friend Miss Pinkerton tells of a criminal in the vicinity. They quickly take him to live with him and Miss Todd falls in love with him. She wants Bob to impress with money and starts to leave money disappear from the coffers of charities. Soon it turns out that Bob is just a tramp and not a criminal and that he does not reciprocate Miss Todd's love, so she goes to the police and tries to pass on the blame on him. Your employees Laetitia and Bob have now fallen in love. They escape and take over the belongings of the old maid with. When Miss Todd returns she faints.
