The Stone Roses

The Stone Roses are an alternative rock band from Manchester. They are considered one of the most influential bands in England in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Career

It is alleged that singer Ian Brown and guitarist John Squire knew already out of the sandbox and then lost at first sight. However, later they met again and formed the punk band The Patrol. This had no noticeable success. In 1984 the band The Stone Roses formed with Pete Garner on bass, Andy Couzens on rhythm guitar and Simon Wolstencroft on drums out.

Court disputes with the Stone Roses Silvertone could decide for themselves. Under the direction of the new label Geffen finally released their second album, Second Coming, in December 1994. It reached number 4 in the UK charts.
