Thomas Batuello

Thomas Vann Batuello (born 31 March 1994 in Bronx, New York City ) is an American actor and musician. He became known for his role as cellist of the Naked Brothers Band (NBB ).

Life

Batuello is a founding member of the "Silver Boulders " and the " Naked Brothers Band ". In preschool he learned Nat Wolff know and founded with him and other friends, the " Silver Boulders ". First Batuello played drums, did not like him particularly. At age five he began playing the cello. In the " Naked Brothers Band " he also plays occasional bass.

With eleven years Batuello played at "The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie" the cellist Thomas. On the basis of the film was launched in 2007, the television series " The Naked Brothers Band " on Nickelodeon. The children's series is one of the most successful in the U.S.. He is considered a free spirit and slit ear. Like all the characters in the mockumentary "The Naked Brothers Band " is based on the life of this away real Thomas Batuello. His character as a cellist Thomas and the stories about him are fictitious, invented by screenwriter Polly Draper.

The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie won the 2005 Audience Award for Best Family Film at the Hamptons Internation Film Festival. In 2008 he was nominated together with the other main characters of the Naked Brothers Band for the Young Artist Award.
