Thomas Kwok

Thomas Kwok (Chinese郭炳江, Pinyin Guo Bǐngjiāng * 1951 in Hong Kong ) is a Chinese entrepreneur and co-owner of Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Life

Kwok is the second son of Kwok Tak Seng entrepreneur. Thomas Kwok studied at the London Business School and Imperial College in London. Together with his brothers Walter Kwok and Raymond Kwok, he leads the Chinese real estate company Sun Hung Kai Properties. According to the American Forbes Magazine Kwok is one of the richest Chinese and is listed in The World's Billionaires. Together with his brothers he is, according to the Forbes list of billionaires with a fortune of 19.9 billion U.S. dollars in 2008 to number 23 of the richest people in the world.
