Thomas Røll

Thomas Christopher Røll Larsen, short Thomas Røll ( born March 12, 1977 in Aarhus, Denmark) is a former Danish football player.

Association

Although Thomas Røll came in Aarhus to the world, but grew up near the German border. His first clubs were Bylderup Bov and Tønder SF. In 1996, he began his career with Silkeborg IF. With the Jutes 1998 when he was runner-up in the SAS League and won the 2001 Danish Cup. In the summer of the same year he moved to FC Copenhagen. In the Danish capital club Røll became a regular player. With the FCK he was in 2003, 2004 and 2006 Danish title. 2004 did the double ( league and cup ) was fetched. In January 2006 he was loaned to his regular club Silkeborg IF. In summer 2006, he left the FC Copenhagen and moved to FC Midtjylland. There, however, he came only a few uses and was borrowed during the winter break of the season 2007/ 08 at Viborg FF. A rental contract ran until the end of the year. The end of 2008 Røll finally moved to Viborg. In the summer of the same year, however, he ended his career.

National

After good performances in Copenhagen called Morten Olsen, coach of Denmark, the Danish national team in Røll. He made his debut on 12 October 2002 in a 2-0 victory against the Danes Luxembourg when he came on in the 75th minute for Martin Jørgensen. He only played in eight appearances for Denmark and scored a goal. He made his last international match on 31 March 2004 in Gijon against Spain.
