Thomas Storm

Thomas Storm ( * 1749 in Hopewell, Dutchess County, New York; † 4 August 1833 in New York City ) was an American politician. On March 23, 1771 he married Elizabeth Graham ( † 1832).

He represented Manhattan in the New York State Assembly, where he was twice, 1802 and 1803, was elected Speaker. Then he ran in 1807 for the office of Lieutenant Governor of New York with the late Governor Morgan Lewis, but they lost both the election against Daniel D. Tompkins and John Broome.

After his death in 1833 he was buried in the Trinity Church Cemetery.
