The Tiefenrother height between Dillbrecht and Wilgersdorf on the Hessian- North Rhine-Westphalian boundary is a 552.3 m above sea level. NHN high, counted for Haincher height elevation of the Rothaargebirge. It is the place of Rudersdorferstraße tunnels and the observation deck nose in the wind

Geography

Location

The Tiefenrother height rises in the southwest of the Rothaargebirge on the northwest border of the nature park Lahn- Dill-Bergland and on the boundary between the Kreise Lahn -Dill in the southeast and Siegen- Wittgenstein in the northwest. It lies between Gernsdorf ( Wilnsdorf ) in the north, Dillbrecht ( Haiger ) in the east-southeast, Fellerdilln ( Haiger ) in the south-southeast, Wilgersdorf ( Wilnsdorf ) in the west and rudder village ( Wilnsdorf ) in the northwest. West flows past the valley of the White Wilgersdorf and east of the Valley of Dillbrecht the dill.

Mountain height

The height of 552.3 m high Tiefenrother height is sometimes given only about 551 m, but this refers to a trig point at 551.0 meters above sea level, which is approximately 75 meters northeast of its summit. Transport and Hiking

Since 1915, the Tiefenrother height within the Rudersdorferstraße tunnel of dill route ( railway Siegen- casting ) is passed under. The tunnel extends approximately 220 m northeast of their summit in northwest-southeast direction through the collection and is 2,651 m long.
