Tiffany Géroudet

Tiffany Géroudet ( born September 3, 1986 in Sion) is a Swiss fencer sword.

Achievements

In 2004, Tiffany Géroudet erfocht a second place at a Junior World Cup tournament in Dijon. At the end of the year she was awarded at the Junior European Championships in Espinho bronze in both the individual as well as with the Swiss team. In 2005, she won a first, a second and a third place at satellite tournaments for juniors, with the team she won the Junior World Championships in Linz and took second place in the European Junior Championships in Tapolca. 2006 Géroudet Junior World Champion in Taebaek. Then they started with the seniors.

2009 won Géroudet at the European Championships in Plovdiv bronze with the team. 2011, she was only Swiss champion in Florimont / Chissiez. Then, at the Fencing European Championships in Sheffield, she defeated one after the other favorites of Laura Flessel, Nathalie Moellhausen and Britta Heidemann and thus was still the only Swiss European champion. In 2012 she was again Swiss champion in Biel / Bienne, and participated in the Olympic Games in London. After a victory against Magdalena Piekarska she was eliminated by the later bronze medalist Sun Yujie, finishing in fourteenth place.
