Tiger bush

The tiger bush is a vegetation type that occurs only under specific soil and climatic conditions. On vegetation-free strips follow strip dense vegetation.

Tiger bush is from the West African Sahel, Australia and the United States known. It occurs where too little rain falls, to ensure a closed vegetation cover and a low tendency to large panels of drainage of precipitation leads.

The vegetation belts get so much more water than usual is available under the same deposition conditions. Accordingly, the species spectrum falls out.
