Tiia Reima

Tiia Reima -Riitta Johanna ( born 1 February 1973 in Tampere ) is a Finnish ice hockey player who represented her native country at twice at the Olympic Winter Games, five times at world - as well as five times at European Championships.

Career

Tiia Reima began her career at Ilves Tampere. With this team she won in 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993, the Finnish championship. Mid- 1990 years, she moved to Itä- Helsingin Kiekko. In 1996, she played for the SC Lyss and from 2003 for the HC Lugano in the performance class A. In between, she was active for Jokerit Helsinki.

Between 2009 and 2011 she played for the Espoo Blues in the SM- Sarja and the IIHF European Women Champions Cup 2009/10.

At the Olympic Winter Games in Nagano in 1998, she won the bronze medal with the Finnish national team in the Olympic ice hockey tournament.
