Tilak Ram Tharu

He represented his country at the Youth Olympic Games in Singapore in 2010, the World Athletics Championships 2011 in Daegu and at the Olympic Games in London in 2012, respectively in the 100 - meter race. He never got beyond that of the prelims, but was a time to run in London with 10.85 seconds for the first time under 11 seconds.
