Edward Timothy " Tim " Razzall, Baron Razzall, of Mortlake in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames CBE ( born June 12, 1943) is a British lawyer, business manager, and politician of the Liberal Party and now the Liberal Democrats, who as since 1997 Life peer member of the House of Lords.
