Tim Suhrstedt

Timothy ' Tim ' Suhrstedt (* August 5, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American cinematographer.

Life

Timothy Suhrstedt had graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem (Pennsylvania) a business degree before he joined as a student at the American Film Institute in 1976. Already in the following year, he began working behind the camera. First photographed Suhrstedt documentary, industrial and medical education films but also early music videos.

Since the beginning of the 80 years as chief cameraman for the feature film, Tim Suhrstedt illustrated mostly B-movies and inexpensively produced A- films for a young target group (including " Teen Wolf ," " Critters - you are there! ", " Mannequin" and " Pizza Pizza - A slice of heaven "). His later works are usually comedies, mostly attributable to the not-too- anspruchsorientiertem Family Entertainment.
