Timothy Jones (cyclist)

Timothy David Jones ( born August 1, 1975 in Harare ) is a former racing driver from Zimbabwe.

Timothy Jones began his career in 1997 with the cycling team Amore & Vita. In his second year he won a stage at the Giro del Capo and also decided Appreciation for themselves. In addition, he was a Zimbabwean national time trial champion. A year later he won a stage and the overall at the Tour of Slovenia. In 2000, Jones moved to Mobilvetta Design, where in 2001 he won the Trofeo Etna and took part in the Giro d' Italia 2001. Two years later he won a section in the Settimana Ciclistica Lombarda for himself and was second in the overall standings. After the 2006 season, Jones finished his career, but went middle of the 2007 season again for his team Amore & Vita. In 2010 he won a cross-country race in the United States.

Timothy Jones is a brother of the two cyclists Antonio Fanelli and Ivan Fanelli.
