Tinningstedt

Tinningstedt (Danish: Tinningsted, Frisian: Taningstää ) is a municipality in the Geest in the district of North Friesland Schleswig -Holstein.

Geography and transport

Tinningstedt is located about ten kilometers south of the German - Danish border, near the confluence of the federal highway 199 in the highway 5, the Green Coast road. The nearest train station is in Niebüll.
