Tionne Watkins

Tenese Tionne "T- Boz " Watkins ( born April 26, 1970 in Des Moines, Iowa) is a singer and member of the pop group TLC.

Biography

Tionnes father left her family when she was three years old. Together with her mother, she moved then to Atlanta. There, she was sent off during their time at school from three different high schools, she calls her school days as the toughest time of their lives. However, thanks to her mother, she managed a sufficient degree and began training as a hairdresser.

In 1991, she was taken from her later manager Pebbles along with Lisa Lopes and Rozonda Thomas as a band TLC under contract. Since her childhood she suffers from sickle cell anemia, but got only 28 years, the accurate diagnosis. 1999 her book Thoughts was released, in which she published her biography in addition to some self-written poems. As an actress, she appeared in several productions with (amongst others in White Lines - The vicious circle of crime ). In August 2000, she married rapper Mack 10, on 20 October 2000 their daughter Chase Rolison was born, Tionne filed for divorce in 2004, however.

Today is Tionne national spokeswoman for the American Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation, Houston has its own children's clothing ( Chase 's Closet ) and Shee Inc. and Grunge Girl Music two separate companies.
