Titus Corlățean

Titus Corlăţean ( born January 11, 1968 in Medgidia, Romania ) is a Romanian politician, and in 2007 was a member of the European Parliament for the Social Democratic Party (Romanian Social Democrat Partidul ).

In the wake of Romania's accession to the European Union, he was from January 1 to March 8, 2007 at the European Parliament, where he was a member of the Socialist Group in the European Parliament. On 9 March 2007 drew for him Vasile Puşcaş by the European Parliament.

May 7, 2012 Titus Corlăţean was appointed Romanian Minister of Justice, on August 6, 2012 for the Secretary of State in the Cabinet Ponta. His tenure coincided with the national crisis in Romania in 2012
