Tobias Homp

Tobias Homp ( born October 31, 1963 in Kiel ) is a German former football player.

Career

Homp played until 1985 when FC Kilia Kiel, his home club, the TSV Melsdorf. This year, the defense or midfielder moved to Hamburger SV. In 1987, he won with the HSV DFB Cup and played until 1989 75 Bundesliga appearances for Hamburger SV. From 1989 to 1996 he played for FC 08 Homburg and then moved again to Hamburg, where he predominantly in the second team was deployed, but also denied five appearances in the 1996/1997 season in the first division. Since 1998 Homp plays for amateur club SV Henstedt -Ulzburg and is still an active player, but also assumes the role of an assistant coach. Since August 2011 Homp coached the U19 team in the Schleswig- Holstein league.

Overall, he played for Hamburg and Homburg 270 games, including 114 in the first and 156 in the second division. He scored seven goals in the first division and three in the second division.
