Toby Whithouse
Toby Whithouse is an English actor and screenwriter.
Life and work
Toby Whithouse is a trained actor. For his first play written Whithouse Verity Bargate received the 1998 Award. The play was performed theater in London in 2000 in Soho and was later rewritten for radio. In addition, Toby Whithouse wrote the play Blue Eyes And Heels. Also, this play was performed at the Soho Theatre in London.
Whithouse is the creator of the television series No Angels (2004-2006), Being Human (2008-2013) and the U.S. adaptation of the same name (since 2011). He also wrote a screenwriter several episodes of the television series Attachments, Hotel Babylon, Doctor Who, The Armstrong and Miller Show and Torchwood. In addition, he starred in many films and series as an actor. So as President Alistair Frith in Bridget Jones - chocolate for breakfast and the British original series Being Human.
