Todd Stern

Todd D. Stern ( born May 4, 1951) is an American jurist and the Air Officer of the Obama administration.

Star made ​​in 1973 graduated from Dartmouth College and graduated from the JD program at Harvard Law School.

Between 1993 and 1998, Stern was the assistant and chief of staff of the U.S. president. He is an expert on climate change and environmental issues. Stern was the chief negotiator of the Kyoto Protocol and in Buenos Aires (COP -4).

On 26 January 2009 U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton appointed Stern as special envoy for climate change.
