Tom Schuler

In his time amateur Tom Schuler won about 100 races, including the 1979 Fitchburg Longsjo Classic. In 1985 he turned professional and was among the first seven members of the 7-Eleven cycling team, for which he also worked as a coach and team manager. In 1987 he was U.S. champion in the road race.

From 1991 to 2003 Schuler was Athletic Director of the Saturn Cycling Team. Today, he owns a sports management firm that manages several cycling teams.
