Tomáš Goder

Tomáš Gor ( born September 4, 1974 in Desna ) is a former Czech ski jumper.

His first international tournament played Gor with the World Youth Championship 1991 in Reit im Winkl. He won on the normal hill ( K70 ) and in the team competition the silver medal. After this success, G or denied on March 23, 1991 with the ski flying in Planica his first jump in the ski jumping World Cup. He remained as well as the beginning of the 1991/92 season success. It was only on 15 December 1991, he was the first to win the 13th World Cup points in Sapporo. When ski flying in Oberstdorf on 25 and 26 January 1992, he could jump with two fourth places for the first time among the top ten.

At the age of 17 he was part of the squad for the Olympic Winter Games 1992. Doing so, he jumped on the normal hill on the 48th and on the large hill on the 20th Place. In the team competition, he won the bronze medal together with Jiří Parma, František Jež and Jaroslav Sakala.

When shortly afterwards held Ski Flying World Championships 1992 in Harrachov G or fourth. Despite another good placements and the 21th place in the overall World Cup of the season 1991/92 he jumped from 1992 at the same time also in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup. There, he remained largely unsuccessful as well as in the World Cup in the following years. In the Ski Flying World Championships in Planica in 1994 he was again 20

His last World Cup denied Gor on 12 December 1997 in Harrachov. In the weeks after he jumped a few more times in the Continental before 1998 at the age of 24 ended his ski jumping career.
