Tomas Ledin

Tomas Ledin ( born February 25, 1952 in Rätan, Jämtland County ) is a Swedish singer, composer, songwriter, guitarist and music producer.

Ledin grew up in Sandviken, Sweden. His singing career began in the 1970s and had some success in the Swedish and Scandinavian charts. In 1979, he joined the Swedish record company Polar Music, for which he was then active as a composer and producer in addition to his singing activities. Here he sang, among other things in common with the former ABBA singer Agnetha Fältskog - 1982, the duet Never Again on Fältskog eponymous single. Previously, he was also backing singers at the concerts of the last ABBA tour 1979/80 through Europe, North America and Japan. In 1980 he stood for Sweden at Eurovisie Song Festival in the Netherlands with the title Just nu! and thus ended up in 10th place of the standings. In 1982 he wrote the song I Got Something for Anni- Frid Lyngstads first English-language album Something's Going On. Only a year later, he also participated in Agnetha Fältskog 's first international solo album, Wrap Your Arms Around Me with the composition Take Good Care Of Your Children.

He is married to Marie Anderson, daughter of Stig Anderson since 22 May 1983.
