Tomb of Nizam al-Mulk

The tomb of Nizam al -Mulk (Persian آرامگاه نظامالملک, IPA: ɑɾɑmɡɑh ɛ nɛzɑmolmolc ) is located in the Ahmadabad district in the Iranian city of Isfahan. Nizam al -Mulk (1018 - 1092) was an influential and powerful vizier of some Seljuk sultans. In addition to his grave stone there are two other grave stones belonging to Malik Shah I and his wife Tarkan Khatun. Probably had Malik Shah I and his wife in the murder of Nizam al -Mulk their hands in the game. Over many changes in the garden and construction of the tomb addition, the three valuable grave stones were changed. The current simple grave stones come from the Safavid era. The new grave stones mention any names, but only a few verses from the Koran. The grave stone, which is believed to be the grave stone Nizam al - Mulk, is a marble grave stone with dimensions of 2 mx 35 cm x 38 cm (length x width x height).
