Tommy Berntsen

Tommy Berntsen ( born December 18, 1973 in Lørenskog ) is a former Norwegian football player.

Tommy began his career at Vålerenga IF, but managed not to jump into the first team. He spent the next the next few years in lower leagues at local clubs Lørenskog IF and Skjetten S.K. His breakthrough came in 1998 when he hired at Lillestrøm SK and formed with Torgeir Bjarmann one of the best center-back pairs of the first league.

In 2000, Berntsen for over 1.8 million euros to Germany Eintracht Frankfurt. His time at the Hesse was not successful, and due to various injuries, he came to a meager three bets. He returned back to Norway in 2002 and signed with Lyn Oslo.

Tommy Berntsen ran twice for Norway. His last international match was in 2004 against Singapore.
