Tommy L. Hottovy ( born July 3, 1981 in Kansas City ( Missouri)) is an American professional baseball player. He is active as a pitcher for the Boston Red Sox in the MLB.

Career

Hottovy began his career with the Lowell Spinners, a minor league team the Red Sox in 2004. During the following season he moved to the Wilmington Blue Rocks. In 2006 he moved to Portland during the season and reached a ERA of 3.15 with 10 wins and 10 defeats. In the years 2007 and 2008 he played for the Portland Seadogs and it is used as a relief pitcher since 2009.
