Tony Brise

Tony Brise ( born March 28, 1952 as Antony breeze in Dartford, † November 29, 1975 in Arkley, London Borough of Barnet ) was an English racing driver, who played ten World Cup race in Formula 1.

Career

After breeze had won in 1973 two of the three British Formula 3 championships, in 1975 he launched his short F1 career at Williams. After a race, he moved in the same year to the Embassy -Hill Lola team founded by former Formula 1 World Champion Graham Hill. His single World Championship point he reached with a sixth place at the Grand Prix of Sweden in Anderstorp.

Death

Breeze died in a plane crash after an approach in thick fog on the airport Elstree, which also includes Graham Hill, who steered the aircraft itself, and four other team members were killed.
