Tony Hymas

Anthony " Tony" Hymas ( born September 23, 1943) is a British composer and pianist (keyboards, synthesizer), which has emerged both in the field of jazz, as well as in rock music.

Hymas began as a chorister in Exeter Cathedral; then he studied piano at the Royal Academy of Music with Harold Rubens. In London he found soon after the jazz scene. In 1964, he belonged to a quintet of Henry Lowther and Lyn Dobson, but also to the band by Don Brown. The next few years he worked as a pianist and composer of the Ballet Rambert.
