Topper goes on tour is an American comedy film from 1938, based on the novel by Thorne Smith. The movie is the sequel of Topper - The blond ghost from the previous year.
Action
The mild-mannered New York bank president Cosmo Topper has marital problems. His wife Clara wants a divorce from him. Before the divorce court accuses Cosmo of adultery with another woman. Cosmo explains what it has with the other woman up. It is the spirit of Marion Kerby, who died with her husband George in a car accident. The court believes Cosmo and dismissed the action. Clara is persuaded by her friend Mrs. Parkhurst to travel to France and to take care of there for a divorce.
At the same time experiencing Marion Cosmos problems. She returns as a ghost and calls toppers on to fight his marriage.
