Toshiro Kageyama

Toshirō Kageyama (Japanese影 山 利 郎, Kageyama Toshirō; born June 21, 1926 in Shizuoka Prefecture, † July 31, 1990 ) was a professional Go player.

Biography

Kageyama was born in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. In 1948, he won the largest Amateur - Go tournament in Japan. In the following year he passed the entrance examination for professional Go player.

Kageyama played a very quiet style, with deep calculations.
