Tourlaville
Tourlaville is a French municipality with 15.836 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Manche in Basse-Normandie region.
Geography
The municipality is situated on the English Channel Tourlaville. Tourlaville belongs to CUC ( Communauté urbaine de Cherbourg ) and is situated at the entrance of Val de Saire in the department of Manche.

Medieval forms of the name predecessor of today's name were: Torlachvilla, Torlavilla or Toulamesnil.
Sister City
Since July 19, 1967, the Lower Saxony district town of Northeim twinned Tourlaville.
