Tradruk Temple

Thradrug ( Tib: khra ' brug pa dgon, Tibetan: ཁྲ་འབྲུག་དགོན་པ; transcription of the PRC: Changzhug ) is a monastery of Tibetan Buddhism in a circle Nedong ( Tib: sne gdong rdzong / Nǎidōng Xiàn乃东县) the governmental district of Shannan in Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, about seven kilometers south of the district capital Zêtang ( Tib: rtsed thang / Zédàng泽当).

Founding legends

Thradrug is one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in Tibet. History

Architecture and crafts
