Tramezaïgues

Tramezaïgues is a commune with 32 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Hautes -Pyrénées in the Midi-Pyrénées region. It belongs administratively to the district Bagneres- de -Bigorre and the canton of Vielle -Aure.

Geography

The municipality is located in the historical county of Bigorre and in the Pays d' Aure.

The municipal seat is located in about 960 m on the left side of the Vallée d' Aure, runs through the river Neste d' Aure. The village is located about 50 km southeast of Lourdes. The municipality has an extremely low population density, among other things due to the altitude.

The municipality is located southwest of the town of Saint -Lary -Soulan in the Pyrenees National Park.
