Třebčice

Třebčice ( German Trebschitz ) is a municipality with a population of 66 in the Czech Republic. It is located two kilometers south-east of Nepomuk and belongs to Okres Plzeň -jih. The land area is 241 hectares.

Geography

The place is located in 424 m above sea level. M. brook in the valley of Myslivský. On the southern outskirts of the village the Europa road 49/Staatsstraße leads 20 of Nepomuk over after Blatná. Třebčice lies to the east of the railway line from Pilsen to Strakonice, through the village leads the backroad Nepomuk Blatná which branches between Dvorce and Třebčice from the main line. Above Třebčice lies in the west of the pond Floriánek.

Neighboring towns are Dvorce in the north, Tojice the northwest, Mohelnice in the east, and Želvice Mileč in the south and Nepomuk in the West.

History

The first written mention dates from 1350. Between 1961 and 1991 Třebčice was incorporated to Mohelnice.
