Triceps brachii muscle

The triceps brachii muscle (Latin for " three-headed arm muscle " or " three-headed arm extensors " ), often just called triceps, sitting on the back of the upper arm. He pulls the forearm bent backward until the olecranon ( elbow bump ) blocked further movement in the elbow joint.

The triceps muscle has three heads. The long head, long head, arises from the scapula below the glenoid cavity and is involved in the formation of the lateral and medial quadrangular space.
