Trina
Trina ( born December 3, 1978 in Miami, actually Le'verne Katrina Taylor) is an American Dirty South rapper.
Career
Trina was first heard on the hit single Nann Nigga by Trick Daddy. In 1998 she signed a contract with the record label Slip-N -Slide. Two years later, her debut album was released Baddest Bitch As with the gold single 69 Ways. Through her, for a female rapper, unusual hard and slippery lyrics they soon rose to the League of Foxy Brown and Lil 'Kim. Trina 's 2002 album Diamond Princess was produced among others by former Roc -a- Fella Records house producer Kanye West. On October 4, 2005, her third album called The Glamorest Life was published. In this Snoop Dogg and Young Buck are represented musically, among other artists.
In addition to her albums Trina supports numerous other musicians in their projects. She has already worked with Missy Elliott, Ludacris and Cassidy. Also found songs by Trina in films such as Blade II and Exit Wounds use.
She played the lead role in the movie A Miami Tail ( 2003).
In 2005, under the name Trina Diamond Dolls her own model agency and a non-profit consulting organization for young girls. She published her own fashion line called Diamond Princess Wear. Furthermore, they created their own perfume with the name Diamond Princess and can be seen in their own sitcom With Friends Like These.
