Trine Bjerke Rønning

Trine Bjerke Rønning ( born June 14, 1982 in Trondheim ) is a Norwegian football player. The defender is the Norwegian first division side FK Stabæk under contract and is a member of the Norwegian national team.

Rønning played between 1998 and 2002 for Trondheim -Ørn SK and was with her club in 2000 and 2001 champions as well as 1998, 1999, 2001 and 2002 Cup Winners' Cup. She then moved to Kolbotn IL and won the championship again in 2005 and 2006 and in 2007 the trophy. Since 2009 she plays for Stabæk IF, where it was 2010 champion.

Their first international match in 1999 she graduated, while she made the jump directly from the U -18, for which they played six times in 1998 (including at the U -18 European Championship), the A- Team. However, after this first 'A' game, they came only in 2001 to four other stakes and made meanwhile more games for the U-18 team and participated in the U-18 Football Championship Women 2001 part, in Norway in the final of the German team 2:3 defeated.

In 2002 she established himself in the national team and took part in the Four Nations Tournament and the Algarve Cup. At the World Championships in 2003 and 2007 she came to four inserts. The defender had with the Norwegian women's national team in Finland at the European Football Championship Women 2009, five missions and reached the semi-finals with their team. She is from the currently active players of Norway, the player with the second most international appearances and was the most experienced player in the squad for the World Cup 2011. She came in the three preliminary games used, but different with Norway for the first time out in a World Cup group stage. In 2013 she took part for the third time in the finals of the European Football Championship Women, where she reached the final and after a 0-1 against Germany European silver medalist was. They could just as Solveig Gulbrandsen not convert a penalty.
