Tromsdalen

Tromsdalen is one of the neighborhoods of Tromsø, Norway. Tromsdalen is located on the Norwegian mainland. The city center of Tromsø is situated directly opposite on the island Tromsøya. Tromsdalen is connected to the city center through the 1016 meters long Tromsø Bridge. The district borders on Kroken in the north and in the south mountain. Tromsdalen is a valley area, which stretches down from the 1238 meter high mountain Tromsdalstinden to Sund.

The landmark of Tromsø, the Arctic Cathedral, is located in Tromsdalen. Another popular attraction that is there is the cable car " Fjellheisen ".
