Trotsky Icepick

Trotsky Icepick was an American indie rock band from Los Angeles. She was active from the mid 1980s until 1993. During this time they released six albums on SST Records. Its members previously played in indie bands such as The Last, urinal (100 Flowers), Middle Class and The Leaving Trains.

The name of Trotsky Icepick was referring to the Russian revolutionary leader Trotsky, who was killed in 1940 by an assassin with an ice pick.
