Tsugumi Ohba

Tsugumi Oba (Japanese大場 つぐみ, Oba Tsugumi ) is a Japanese comic book writer or author, whose most famous work Death Note. It is unknown whether OBA is an emerging author, or the pseudonym of an already well-known author, partly because he was somewhere else nominated, despite the success of his first work, Death Note neither its publisher Shueisha for a best new artist.

After Death Note Bakuman his second work appeared. 2008 to 2012 in Shueisha.

In both works Takeshi Obata was the draftsman.
