Tuancheng Fortress

The training camp of the Jianrui Battalion (Chinese健 锐 营 演武 厅, Pinyin Jianruiying yanwuting, English Tuancheng Exhibition Hall ), which also popularly known as "Little Round City " (小 团 城/小 团 城, Xiao Tuancheng ) - after further Chinese name Tuancheng yanwuting (团 城 演武 厅/团 城 演武 厅) - is called, is located in Beijing's Haidian district on the road Xiangshan Nanlu. It was built in 1749.

It was a training camp for the Jianrui Battalion ( Jianruiying ), which belonged to the elite troops of the Qianlong era, and served the Emperor with a decrease in military parades. Since 2006, the site is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-306 ).
