UAB ICOR

UAB ICOR is a Lithuanian group of 70 companies with 2,000 employees. 2010, the Group had a turnover of 742 million litas ( 215 million euros ).

Group President is a lawyer Andrius Janukonis, Director Julius Dovidonis. The " ICOR " Board consists of four members since 2010 Andrius Janukonis, Linas Samuolis, Gintautas Jaugielavičius, Darius Leščinskas.

History

1990 started its activity the freight forwarding consulting company " Rubicon ". Founders were former students of Vilnius University and current board members of the later group " Rubicon group". Later it extended the trading activities from Lithuania and Russia ( metal trade). In 2005 the company achieved a turnover of 311 million LTL (approx. 90 million euros ) and generated a profit of LTL 24 million ( EUR 7 million ).

2010 three shareholders and board members ( Rimantas Bukauskas, Arūnas Mačiuitis and Remigijus Lapinskas ) sold all of their shares to the remaining four shareholders ( Andrius Janukonis, Linas Samuolis, Gintautas Jaugielavičius, Darius Leščinskas ) and bought 100 % shares of "Siemens Arena " Ticket and ticket sales companies " Tiketa " and " Panevėžio arena" that manages the " Cido Arena ". " Rubicon group" was to ICOR and managed " City Service ", " Ecoservice ", " Bionovus ", " Realco " group of companies " Vichy " aqua park.

The group comprises companies in the Lithuanian cities such as Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Kėdainiai Kazlų Rūda, Kelmė. The main subsidiary company is City Service.
